Yet it begins with a simple desire to know more, make changes, grow, break through barriers, and experience a different level of understanding and living—along with relief in areas of difficulty.

You see, early in life my spiritually adventurous parents, Joseph and Teresina Havens, exposed me to many of the truths I share. My path has also encouraged me to explore, and my journey has led me to international thought leaders who have shifted my perceptions in powerful and productive ways!

As I share important insights with you, it is my greatest desire that you too will feel excited and energized to take the risk of doing something different—and find that it works!
